Orders including a cleanser will start packing on November 1 and ship over the next two weeks.
Your purchase is subject to the Sonsie terms of service on SonsieSkin.com as of the date of your purchase. We strongly recommend that you ship your package to a residential address because delivering to a business could increase the chance that the package will not deliver due to the limited hours of operation a business has. Carriers generally will not leave packages outside of business doors.
In the United States, you may return unopened product in its original condition to us within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Products returned or exchanged must be unopened in their original packaging, and in unused condition. This includes original packaging and plastic seal. The original invoice and or packing slip must be provided with any return.
To return a product, email contact@sonsieskin.com to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers allow us to track returns, and without an RMA number we cannot track that we have received a return from you and this can delay refunds. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
As we are a small business, original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded.
To prepare your return package, please write your RMA number on the packing slip that was included with your Sonsie order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your return, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
