Your purchase is subject to the Sonsie terms of service on sonsieskin.com as of the date of your purchase. We strongly recommend that you ship your package to a residential address because delivering to a business could increase the chance that the package will not deliver due to the limited hours of operation a business has. Carriers generally will not leave packages outside of business doors.
We offer a 30-day return policy within the United States. You may return the product within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products returned for a refund must be unopened in their original packaging, and in unused condition. Products returned for an exchange are subject to our return policy. Products purchased as part of a bundle are available to be refunded or exchanged for their part price after discounts. Shipping fees and return fees are nonrefundable. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our return policy is being abused.
To request a refund for unopened product, email hello@sonsieskin.com to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers allow us to track returns, and without an RMA number we cannot track that we have received a return from you and this can delay refunds. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved for refund, then your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your return, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
