Sonsie was founded by creator and early lifestyle blogger Marie von Behrens-Felipe. Inspired by Marie’s personal skincare journey and approach to slow living, Sonsie is a line of elevated skincare essentials created with the belief that balanced living enhances beauty, inside and out. Our formulas are rooted in Marie's European upbringing, and merge her love of natural beauty, elegance, and minimalist style to deliver simple yet effective skincare essentials. At Sonsie, we believe that a healthy outer appearance is intrinsically connected to inner wellbeing. Formulated to enhance what’s already there, Sonsie provides ingredients that are clinically proven and curated for quality.

Sonsie is a Scottish term that means to have a healthy appearance, both inside and out.
Other than a few component parts, Sonsie is 100% manufactured in the USA.
Sonsie is committed to keeping our ingredient lists simple and formulating without ingredients like: sulfates, phthalates and parabens. We are also vegan and cruelty-free.
Sonsie is cruelty-free, and is not tested on animals.
Sonsie uses recyclable packaging and FSC paper, all certified sustainably and ethically sourced, as well as post consumer resin (PCR) plastics when plastic is used. We’re far from perfect, but it's our priority to continually improve our environmental footprint.
All Sonsie products are formulated and suitable for all skin types. They are dermatologically tested and safe for sensitive skin. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page. If you have any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.
Our founder, Marie von-Behrens Felipe, has used Sonsie throughout her pregnancy. Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before usage.

Our Products
After cleaning and toning, apply one pipette of Super Serum to skin day and night. Follow with Multi Moisture Mask or your favorite moisturizer. Super Serum can be used in combination with other serums or natural skin oils.
Niacinamide supports the skin barrier, maintaining balance and moisture.
Mountain Pepper Extract provides antioxidants to soothe and calm all skin types.
A unique blend of plant-derived oils delivers an array of vitamins and minerals to nourish skin.
Yes! Our serum has natural oils in the products that organically separate over time. This may result in a slight tint change or separation of the layers. This is why we recommend stirring your Super Serum before use to make sure the natural oils in the product are fully mixed.
Traditional mask: after cleansing, apply generously to facial skin. Allow to absorb for twenty minutes, then rub remainder into skin. No need to wash off.
Night mask: after cleansing and applying serums, use the Multi-Moisture Mask to lock in hydration.
Daily moisturizer: in dry or cold climates, apply after cleansing for serious moisture.
Squalane prevents moisture-loss and strengthens the skin’s barrier.
Hyaluronic acid improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and maintains lush hydration.
Prickly pear extract, full of antioxidants, pairs with these skin-loving ingredients to soothe sensitive skin.
Apply to lips generously throughout the day and before bed.
Squalane from sugarcane softens lips and supports the skin barrier.
Sunflower seed wax repairs and prevents dry skin.
Yuzu extract provides a subtle, fresh citrus scent.

We accept most major credit and debit cards.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. We also partner with Passport Shipping to provide Sonsie to Mexico, Canada, AUS/NZ, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the UK and most countries in Europe. If you don’t see Sonsie available in your country, please get in touch with us at hello@sonsieskin.com to let us know where to come next!
Yes, we ship to the UK & certain states in the EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.
In the United States, tax will be added separately at checkout, where applicable. Outside the United States, taxes and duties are included in our prices and we will show them to you transparently at checkout. You will NOT be charged separate tax and duties upon receipt of your Sonsie order.
Orders including a cleanser will start packing on November 1 and ship over the next two weeks.
Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly. Generally we expect to have your order shipped from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
In the United States, standard shipping will generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days, and priority will arrive within 2 business days. Outside the United States, shipping times vary by location, generally from
7 – 15 business days. Passport Shipping will provide you a transparent tracking portal for your international package. We are working hard to implement a more expedited international shipping option, but don’t have
one available at this time.
Due to COVID-19 precautions and the current shipping environment, your package may take longer than expected to process and ship. We appreciate your patience.
After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
We accept return on sales in the United States. In the United States, you may return the product in its original condition to us within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products
returned or exchanged must be unopened in their original packaging, and in unused condition. This includes original packaging and plastic seal. The original invoice and or packing slip must be provided with any return. International sales are all final sale only. We do not accept international returns.

We are aware that sometimes unfortunate issues happen with orders, like a product being lost or stolen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items; please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number.
Sonsie does not currently accept gift cards.
We recommend sending packages to a residential address because delivering to a business could increase the chance that the package will not deliver due to the limited hours of operation a business has. Carriers generally will not leave packages outside of business doors.
