All resellers must comply with this Reseller Policy. Violating this policy may lead to Sonsie prohibiting you from advertising our products or purchasing products from us.
DO NOT SELL IN BULK.
You will not sell any specific Sonsie product, to any individual customer, in any quantity greater than 10 standard retail packages.
DO NOT SELL TO RESELLERS.
You will not sell Sonsie products to any other reseller. If a customer tells you they intend to resell Sonsie products or provide you with a tax exemption certificate for resale, you are required to notify them that the products are not for resale and to limit the quantity sold.
DO NOT SELL USING ANY ONLINE AUCTION OR MARKETPLACE.
You will not sell Sonsie products through any online marketplace (such as Amazon, eBay, or a reseller site) unless you have written permission from Sonsie.
DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS IF NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
You will not sell Sonsie products if they are not in their original packaging. Relabeling, repackaging, and other alterations are not permitted. Tampering with, defacing, or otherwise altering any serial number, UPC code, batch or lot code, or other identifying information on Sonsie products or their packaging is prohibited. You will not remove, translate or modify the contents of any label or literature on or accompanying Sonsie products.
YOU MUST PURCHASE PRODUCT INVENTORY FROM SONSIE.
You must purchase all inventory of Sonsie products directly from Sonsie and not from any reseller. This helps to ensure product authenticity and quality control.
YOU MUST COMPLY WITH OUR QUALITY CONTROL STANDARDS.
You must comply with all Sonsie brand requirements including, quality control standards, advertising guidelines, and storage and shipping requirements.
YOU MUST PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
You must be familiar with all Sonsie products marketed for sale and know enough to help customers select Sonsie products. You must also be familiar with the products’ warranty, guarantee, and return policies.
YOU MUST CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS REASONABLY, ETHICALLY, AND LAWFULLY.
You must conduct your business reasonably and ethically at all times and not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices or advertising at any time. You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies related to the advertising, sale and marketing of Sonsie’s products, and will not make any warranties or representations about Sonsie’s products except as expressly allowed by Sonsie.
YOU CAN SELL AND ADVERTISE SONSIE PRODUCTS TO END CONSUMERS.
You can sell Sonsie products to end-user customers in brick and mortar locations and on your own website. You can also advertise and use our trademarks, product images, marketing materials, and other digital assets only if you have Sonsie’s permission in writing (such as in a signed contract with Sonsie).
IMPORTANT: IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RESELLER POLICY, SONSIE MAY:
- Suspend or stop sales of our products to you;
- Request that you stop using our name, logos, marketing, and other intellectual property for any sales or marketing; and/or
- Take additional action against you to address any harm you’ve caused to Sonsie, including, but not limited to, legal action.
Sonsie reserves the right to update and modify this Reseller Policy at any time. The updated policy will take effect immediately after delivery of the updated policy to you. Your continued use, advertising, offering for sale, or sale of Sonsie products after receiving the new policy will be deemed your acceptance of the new policy.
